I think she was a little nervous as she said it was her first time for Homeaglow but very polite and respectful.

Lida was exceptional in her work!!!!! I needed far more time than she had, however, she used the time wisely and did not waste her time. I left so she didn't have eyes constantly watching her and I am very satisfied with my first cleaning. She has already outlined items for the next time. We will get along well.
