Jennifer was very nice and polite and punctual. She worked quickly and efficiently. My only criticism is that I felt like my shower needed to be scrubbed a little more deeply and that i felt that my floors needed vacuumed or swept before being cleaned. I felt that there was still stuff on the floor even after it was wiped down.
