Imani was very nice and promt and kept me in the loop. However, I saw the place 1/2 hour after she left. The trash had not been emtied at all from inside and the throw rugs had not been vacuumed or even shook out outside. Otherwise, it seems she did a great job!

She was on time and did everything we requested. We noticed she even went above and beyond. We were very pleased.

Very thorough cleaning. Went above and beyond what we asked for. Worked the entire time without taking a break. Very courteous and polite and showed pride in their work. Will definitely use Michelle and David again.

Kitchen and floors were clean,though the bathroom floor had a couple small puddles. All in all though, I was satisfied.

Amazingly fast and efficient. Very detail oriented. Very pleasant personality and easy to work with. Doesn’t try to use up time talking to you. This one you won’t regret.

Michelle did a very though cleaning in the Master Bath's shower. It has always built up mold easily, but she tamed it ! Next time I believe she will be able to complete my home in less time due to her deep clean this time.

This was Shannon's first time with me. Her cleaning was good, but she seemed a little disorganized. Your software seems to have problems. Shannon told me that she only works evenings and weekends, but she was scheduled for 11 am today.

Sorry but this is my first cleaning.Michelle was good but unable to finish cleaning. I won’t book a second time until I talk to someone about what to expect and your rates.
