Hi, I'm Karla Rae. I am 57 years old, with 2 grown kids and 4 grandbabies, so I have done some cleaning in my time (lol). Seriously, I have close to 10 years of professional experience. For the past 3 years, my bestie and I have been professionally cleaning multiple rental properties. We paint, tear out carpet, etc. and clean to get them ready for new tenants. When she needs it, I help her clean residential homes. Those homes get full bathroom cleaning, carpets vacuumed, light dusting, kitchen countertops, sink, all appliances (outsides) wiped down and floors swept & mopped. I, also, clean my parents two story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo once a week. Their house gets thorough cleanings, everything mentioned above, along with laundry, blinds dusted, trash pulled and taken out. Once a month all door jams, baseboards & walls get wiped down, as well as, the inside windows cleaned. I do not use wipes when cleaning, I use cleaners with bleach or peroxide. Sponges are thrown away after cleaning every bathroom/kitchen. NO sponge is used twice. I own a carpet cleaner and will clean carpets as long as they aren't too bad. In the past, I cleaned the DP&L building with a team, my duties included cleaning 3 large restrooms (4-6 stalls and 3-4 sinks per restroom) floors swept & mopped, soaps filled, TP & paper towels replaced and trash pulled. 2 break rooms, all tables, chairs, counters, sinks and appliances wiped down, trash pulled and floors swept & mopped. Dusting, emptying trash cans and vacuuming carpet in an area with 30 cubicles. I love to organize closets, cabinets, and small rooms as well. Prices vary on organization depending on the task.
