Regina was very friendly and kind. She seems confused on what she was supposed to clean. Standard cleaning is what I booked. Wasn’t a thoroughly cleaned, shower was walls were not cleaned. window sills not cleaned. etc. but for the most part everything was tidy and neat.

Overall the apartment was clean, but she didn’t rinse the bathroom and kitchen floors.which were sticky she didn’t know or ask how to use the vacuum and didn’t ast Her command of the English language made difficult point out what she was missing. I would prefer a man to do the cleaning.

I had a very good experience with her cleaning services. She was helpful, punctual, and cleaned my apartment well. She did a solid job with basic cleaning, leaving everything fresh and tidy. She does not offer deep cleaning services, but for regular maintenance cleaning, she does a great job. I appreciate her work and will definitely be using her again for monthly basic cleaning.

Yes Veronica came today February 12th but she got to my home at late 12:20 and left at 3:20pm...She did a nice job and I gave her a stroller, baby clothes I had not use for anymore and a tip in her hand!!! Demetrius was awesome. I’m located on LES. He communicated before arriving and was diligent and hard working. He completed the most important task in 4 hour time slot and I will definitely be hiring him again very soon.

I thought he did a good job. we used his app to get past the fact that he doesn’t speak any English really. He was on his phone a lot in the beginning and had it on speaker, but once I asked him to put in ear buds, it was fine.
