Regina was very friendly and kind. She seems confused on what she was supposed to clean. Standard cleaning is what I booked. Wasn’t a thoroughly cleaned, shower was walls were not cleaned. window sills not cleaned. etc. but for the most part everything was tidy and neat.

Overall the apartment was clean, but she didn’t rinse the bathroom and kitchen floors.which were sticky she didn’t know or ask how to use the vacuum and didn’t ast Her command of the English language made difficult point out what she was missing. I would prefer a man to do the cleaning.

the cleanest my room has ever been is when Ana cleans it. she is the best and I have not found a single fleck of dirt or dust yet, she cleans everything to perfection and she is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. she has an incredible eye for detail!

Marie does wonderful work. Thanks to her cleaning efforts, my house is on the way to becoming a home where I can be happy.
