Shelby provided excellent service. She maintained upbeat energy and motivation the entire time. She took pride in her work, attending to both detail and the overall "big-picture" of my project and needs. My experience was very positive, cooperative, and thorough.

More and more Loretta impresses me as she takes the extra time to tidy up areas that I wouldn't expect any house cleaner to bother with (like messy kid crafting tables or piles of toys). My kids can't wait to get home to see how she's setup their stuffed animals, and I appreciate the little details that I notice even days after she's here.
