I’m leaving 5 atara because Melissa is lovely but mistakes were made. the thing is she tried 💯 to fix them and that is 5 stars in my book. I would just be very, very clear about what you’d like and not like. otherwise she works super hard and does a good job. and she’s lovely. communication wasn’t ideal at first.

I was nervous about having somebody come in my home , but she put me right at ease and got right to work. Although he was late, it was not his fault, he was just clearly doing as good of a detailed job at the previous person’s who underestimated the job they needed done. He was a great communicator too. Would hire instantly and recommend to everyone!
