Rene arrived on time and went right to work. He did a through cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen and did a great job vacuuming all the rugs.

Super friendly and got right into working quickly. They cleaned a lot and unexpectedly parts i didn't think they'd get to. I wish I told them the specific areas I wanted detailed, but that was my bad.

When I wasn’t satisfied, I asked Maria to clean and dust all surfaces, clean a glass surface, as well as scrub the bathtub again, and she did. She did a great job after I made clear my expectations.

Ana did an excellent job..she showed initiative, she organized and put things away in addition to cleaninhg

Rob helped me out after I moved in to a very messy apartment (where the landlord didn’t take care of the cleanliness of the apartment). He was able to clean up most, if not all, of the things I pointed out. Perhaps would be a good idea to have more cleaning supplies around (mop, vacuum, duster etc.) either supplied by him or you. Overall good work and thanks for helping me out with the issues.

She is very kind and friendly. During cleaning, she remained in the bathroom with the door closed for approximately 30 minutes. I’m not sure why it took that amount of time, as the visible cleaning appeared to include wiping the table and cleaning the microwave.

Berta’s work ethic is great! I would give her five stars if I was fluent in Spanish. Somehow, though, we do manage to figure out what each of us are trying to say. Once she finishes cleaning an area she always calls me to check before she moves on, to see if anything else needs attention. Berta is a very good worker/cleaner. I hope she will be available to help me with my home.

The work was good - but she stayed around 4 hours. I was just moving into a new flat so I wanted to have the time. She did not have a ladder to clear inside the kitchen cupboards. She was nice and comunicative. But I do not have a necessity to have her again.

Robert is very nice, but showed up a bit late to the appointment and was still charged for the full cleaning time.

It was my first time with Homeaglow. I found Michelle to be pleasant, informative and quite thorough. She is clearly someone who works hard and knows what she’s doing. She left a tad earlier than I expected, but I figure that’s on me. I definitely hope to book her in the future (now if I can only figure out the way to navigate their reeeeally tricky web-booking, and billing website!)
