We create this plan by doing a walk through together. You show me your home, what areas to prioritize and, we complete those areas first. All depending on the condition of your home will determine how much work we can actually complete. For example: When one cleaner accepts a 3 hour contract, that cleaner is inside your home for three hours. However, when three cleaners arrive for a three hour contract, they will be inside your home for a total of one hour; this is math. I only employ one person, so my man hours are multiplied by 2. Which is, myself and one other person. For example: (1 person X 3 hours = 3 man hours). (2 people X 1.5 hours = 3 man hours). (3 people X 1 hour = 3 man hours). With another example of a 6 hour job: (1 person X 6 hours = 6 man hours). (2 people X 3 hours = 6 man hours). (3 people X 2 hours = 6 man hours). (4 people X 1.5 hours = 6 man hours). (5 people X 1.2 hours = 6 man hours). (6 people X 1 hour = 6 man hours). Here are some realistic examples of what we can accomplish within the time given to us. One person can clean two full bathrooms and all the floors within 3 hours. -Or- One person can clean one full bathroom, the kitchen and all the floors within 3 hours. -Or- One person can clean three bedrooms, one full bathroom and all the floors within 3 hours. Please understand, our ability to clean your home within those time frames is based on condition. My team is very thorough and we offer a deep clean every time. And because of this we may not be able to clean as many areas of the home if it is more cluttered or soiled than normal. Please allow me to explain why the cleaning contract is based on hours. I can’t do a 3 hour contract with three people and stay inside the home for three hours, because; I would have given 9 man hours to the client. For example: (1 person X 3 hours = 3 man hours). (2 people X 3 hours = 6 man hours). (3 people X 3 hours = 9 man hours). (6 people X 3 hours = 18 man hours). Etc.,; * the contractor can not survive financially by doing this. They would lose a terrible amount of money by doing this.** When you pay for 6 hours, you get 6 man hours regardless of how many men or women are inside your home.
