overall maria is fast and efficient, but of course towards the end she rushes out, some stuff are not put away but the house was moderately cleaner.

solid job! we don't have a broom or really any floor cleaning supplies - didn't know cleaner doesn't bring them. a few spots left but nothing major!

Shanicqua was wonderful; however she started at 10:30am and finished at 4:30pm. I want to be credited for the 3 hours.

Hector was very thorough and positive! He definitely enjoys conversation, but is very kind. I did have to remind him a few times of specific places I had requested in my initial appointment, was able to finish those tasks. I would definitely recommend him for three hour standard cleanings.

She was such a sweetheart and did a wonderful job!! patient, kind and attentive. I do not know who the man Byron is, but the wonderful lady who came over I highly recommend and hope SHE gets the review. I assume he chose her, and he had a good choice, but it was not him who cleaned.

Tatiana did an excellent job with our apartment. She was very detailed; from the bathroom tiles to the kitchen cabinets, she cleaned everything and left the apartment smelling really fresh. Not sure about the previous comments about her leaving stuff behind because everything was in their right place, all clean. I would highly recommend Tatiana; she's efficient, communicative and does a great job.

Lina was respectful, sweet, and meticulous. She arrived early, with all of her cleaning materials, ready to make my home clean and beautiful. She worked quickly, quietly, efficiently and professionally!

Super friendly and got right into working quickly. They cleaned a lot and unexpectedly parts i didn't think they'd get to. I wish I told them the specific areas I wanted detailed, but that was my bad.

When I wasn’t satisfied, I asked Maria to clean and dust all surfaces, clean a glass surface, as well as scrub the bathtub again, and she did. She did a great job after I made clear my expectations.

Sara lives too far from my home..She has no car and the bus schedule is not convenient for either of us. She did a good job, but her time mnagement was poor. she was not able to complete what I requested because she spent too much time on less important things.

She was outstanding and wonderfully detailed in doing a few specific things in a certain way that I asked.

She is very kind and friendly. During cleaning, she remained in the bathroom with the door closed for approximately 30 minutes. I’m not sure why it took that amount of time, as the visible cleaning appeared to include wiping the table and cleaning the microwave.

The work was good - but she stayed around 4 hours. I was just moving into a new flat so I wanted to have the time. She did not have a ladder to clear inside the kitchen cupboards. She was nice and comunicative. But I do not have a necessity to have her again.
