Raymond is a great cleaner. But I told him I wanted the cleaning to be done by 1pm cause I had to leave the house for something. He finished the cleaning at 3pm. I guess I should have reminded him to please finish by 1pm or to mention him stop cleaning at 1pm.

Maria is amazing and a lifesaver! The bathrooms are sparkling. Our floors were so dirty from all the snow this winter and Maria has them looking perfect again. Ricky started off doing a thorough job, but left out or forgot to clean one of the bathtubs (which we ended up cleaning ourselves as a guest was to use that bathroom). Other than this miss, he did a good job.

Roseline was communicative and followed directions from the app well even with no one home to direct her to materials etc. We had some really neglected areas with tons of dust and stained toilets. Roseline did a great job addressing those neglected areas.

Montano came to clean my apartment for the first time and I am STUNNED at how incredible it looks! My apartment looks better than it did the day I moved in! Luis and his team were efficient and thorough, they will move furniture to clean behind it and mop everything which i really appreciate. However, he was late and a lot of things were moved around and i had a hard time find them.
