He used a lot of product. More specifically my personal product, I ticked off on the request that I wanted the cleaner to bring their own product. Otherwise he was decent. Did not sweep prior to mopping and should have definitely done that. Did not utilize or request wood polish for furnishings. Otherwise he is kind but could use more direction.

Akil was very communicative and friendly. He did miss several items that I asked for him to take care of during the cleaning, but he gladly did them after I asked again. There were several areas in the bathroom that weren't touched at all (under surfaces especially), which is what leads me to say his services were good but not great.

On 10/2, l had Reginald come to my dad's place for a 4hrs cleaning including baseboards. He was on time, professional, respectful, effective and more thorough with the areas requested to be cleaned than l expected. He was well mannered and flexible with what need to be done despite my dad being present. I will for sure use Reginald again.
