Nina was unbelievable. We unfortunately went way too long without a good thorough cleaning. Nina came in and spent all day at our house. My wife, kids and I all had dropped jaws when we saw the incredible work that she did. So outstanding and I already booked for our next appointment because she’s just that great. Raymond is a great cleaner. But I told him I wanted the cleaning to be done by 1pm cause I had to leave the house for something. He finished the cleaning at 3pm. I guess I should have reminded him to please finish by 1pm or to mention him stop cleaning at 1pm.

Roseline was communicative and followed directions from the app well even with no one home to direct her to materials etc. We had some really neglected areas with tons of dust and stained toilets. Roseline did a great job addressing those neglected areas.

He cleaned everything I specified, even cleaned some small detail areas on his own (keyboard, fridge). I booked for 4 hours and he stayed 4.5. Very professional, did a good job cleaning and I would use him again!

Regina was very friendly and kind. She seems confused on what she was supposed to clean. Standard cleaning is what I booked. Wasn’t a thoroughly cleaned, shower was walls were not cleaned. window sills not cleaned. etc. but for the most part everything was tidy and neat.
