Lina is good, reached on time, and polite. The work done this time was just ok. There was lint and dust on the floor even after mopping. When I pointed, she cleaned it. The stairs were not done properly. Overall good but not great. Gave her a tip in cash.

Two women arrived and left after two hours. Although they did a good job, I paid for 6 hours, not four. They should have asked if I had anything else. They also didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate.

Just one thing: she did not finish the entire house. if cleaning is for 4 hours and she started at 9:30, then I expected her to clean until 1:30pm. That way prolly all bedrooms would’ve been done.

I noticed several spots on the floor that were not swept or vacuumed well and had to remind them to clean the downstairs area before they left. I would rather cleaners stay in my home for the full 4 hours instead of speeding through the job.
