service was good but floor in master bedroom wasn't vacuumed in or furniture in the room wasnt polished or wiped down. Miscommunication between the provider and myself

Not as through as we would have liked. Bathroom floor was not cleaned, but oven was. Dishes were left in the living area and none of the tables were wiped.

Tyrell was the VERY best I've had clean. He was prompt and organized. He cleaned areas that hadn't been touched in months. He is very thorough and KNOWS how to clean a house. My floors and countertops glistened. Every room is shiny clean. He is a treasure. Thank you for scheduling him for me.
