Elsa is the best cleaner I have ever had. She works HARD. She took off her gloves and her hands were sweating. My apartment was a mess and when she left my apartment was beautiful. I had expensive jewelry laying around. she is very trustworthy. if you want someone to who will do the best job, go with Elsa. She is THE BEST. Thank you Elsa!

She did a good job and was very thorough with the locations I told her were focal points (cleaning the oven, fridge and bathroom). There were some spots that I had to tidy a bit myself (kitchen counter wasn't really cleaned so I had to wipe down myself). Overall really good though!

March 14, 2026 Genesis cleaned my Apartment yesterday. she spent one more hour as the Living Room was not cleaned yet. she cheerfully agreed. She is a careful, thorough person and her attitude is positive and she knows what to do. She is a great Cleaner!
