For what she completed, it was satisfactory. However, she left without notification or completing the work stating she had a family emergency, and texted me after the fact.

Mary is exceptionally amazing, if you don’t book Mary you will wish you did! the best at her craft, flexible, sweet and kind.

Jeanette did a nice job, she was on time, friendly and professional. I would like her for future cleaning appointments.

Rhonda was very thorough, paid attention to detail. So there's been a shift towards what we call intervention. And where do my apartment in a timely fashion, not missing anything that we discuss. And she was very polite.

Tatiana was very understanding and communicated with me the entire process and made me feel safe that she would take care of our home. She arrived at 10:12 and left at 12:17 so not sure how that’s 2.75 hours. Left a bleach stain on the bathroom rug. The house is clean but these are my issues

NeShiya did a great job getting rid of a water stain in the bathroom sink. The challenge we had were not all shelves were cleaned and when the trash was taken out new bags were not put in. Clients wound up putting trash in bins without trash bags which created another challenge. In almost three hours of cleaning she didn’t manage to fully vacuum and mop.

I am quite pleased with the cleaning done by Amanda and I would like to request that she be my cleaner for my next job. Thank you
