Giselle did a great job in the time that she had. I realize I didn’t allow enough time so next time I’m going to increase it by an hour. She’s very nice and I’m pleased to have her again.

Bobbie does an exceptional job always, she has been cleaning our house for 4 months and pretty much has it down to science. she adapts to our needs at that time! and I live in a house with a bunch of boys

Wendy did a good job overall. Only reason for leaving a 4star vs 5 is because a stain was left on the area rug without a heads up of it happening.

Aura did an amazing job!!!! my kids room is always a mess, and she did an awesome job! attention to detail is 10/10!

Yubia was a wonderful person and super friendly. The cleaning was solid but not incredibly thorough. That is probably on me for not selecting “deep clean” but I would have appreciated a bit more bathroom and living room attention. Kitchen was flawless tho!

The cleaner that was sent was very friendly and hard working. She did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate my needs. I was hoping she could get a bit more done in the 6 hours she was scheduled.

Slim is a good cleaner, but he said he would come at time and date requested (April 17 at 8:30), but the night before said he could not come, but would work on Sunday. We said "no" to Sunday and he asked to come Monday at 11:00. We asked for him to come at 8:30. He said he would try for 10:00. He came at 11:00. We prefer Daniel or Naomi for cleaners because they are good and do come by 9:00.

she does a good job but the shower is still dirty after she leaves and it seems like she doesn't make an effort.

heidy was great. was running a tad behind but she let me know right away which was no problem at all, great at communicating updates. i left for 4 hours and got a text saying everything was done. came back to a crystal clean apt and everything done that i had hoped/asked for. 5/5

this is the first time I used this service and I was not disappointed. Andrea is a gem! Right when she booked the job, she asked about preferences in cleaning supplies which was thoughtful. She showed up on time and was just very sweet and friendly. my home feels so good because you can tell she took her time and she did so much dusting which was my main focus! Liviane C was amazing! Extra thoughtful. Organized our bathroom and kitchen in ways we hadn’t even considered but, worked! She even cleaned our air fryer which was not on the list of needed things. Highly recommend and excited for he to come back again!

Neibis has cleaned my apartment a couple of times. She is very quick and works well without a lot of direction. For the most part she’s thorough but I do occasionally find areas that still have dust or counters that don’t seem wiped.

She was great! she had all the equipment and supplies to do the job very well and was very thorough. I highly recommend her and will request her next time!

heidy was punctual, respectful and polite. she arrived all set and ready to get to work. I showed her around the areas where I need her helped cleaned and she got started almost immediately. she worked really diligently and I was happy with the results. It was a job well done.

VERY fast. 2b/2ba ~1500 sq ft loft space she completed in 3 hrs. However the quality definitely showed as a quick job, not much attention to detail.

I appreciate that my kitchen and bathroom was cleaned in two hours. but I am disappointed that I needed to remop the floors, vacuum the living room and dining room rugs, and clean the living room. I understand maybe two hours want enough time. I just would have preferred the rooms to be vacuumed. and the floors to look more clean.

I found her to be efficient and experienced. She needs very little direction, tell her do this do that she says OK and it's done.
