Excellent experience. I have never hired a cleaner before and was nervous about having someone in my place while it was so messy but Tami was very nice and did not make me feel judged at all.

Jade was great! I really appreciated that she texted me in the morning to start communication that she was on her way. She was very easy to visit with and willing to help do extra things like with helping me take down our Christmas tree. I appreciate too that she wanted to made sure to get everything that was high on my priorities of getting cleaned!

Even through personal adversities, Ashley still shows up. She's super caring and does a good job! She makes sure everything is just right. Thank you Ashley!

Mary went the extra mile to make sure my home was clean! I booked for 6 hours and even though she was tired she stayed on to finish the areas I needed ready for an open house tomorrow. She also fixed some broken furniture and removed wall scuffs. Mary is awesome!

Tricia did a wonderful job! My bathroom was very cluttered and she did a fantastic job cleaning it. Certain tasks required more time than expected (due to the amount of clutter) and after the 3 hours she hadn't been able to get to the kitchen but was kind enough to stay and finish it. She is worth every penny she charges and I will be using her services again!

Jeremy does a good job. I probably should have had him do a deeper cleaning at this appointment but I didn't. I was able to do the added things that needed to be done.

Thought everything was done nicely and thoroughly. However, two rooms did not get touched. I don’t think that is her fault, I think whoever took my info did not calculate enough time. The kitchen and one spare room were left undone.

She brought her own cleaning supplies. Follow instructions and able to deep clean shower rooms and sinks. Kitchen areas is not greasy. It is her first day and she is great.

Chairs are still on the table, and one chairs spindles are out. The kitchen sink was not cleaned, the entertainment center still has dust that I can see and wipe. My house is small, and as much money as I am paying not only to Tricia, but to homeaglow as well, I feel like these things should be done, especially in 3 hours.

She really did great in our basement, it was a hot mess down there, and now it's pretty much organized and vacuumed up in the living room area, she did well as well in our laundry room, and cleaned our toilet down there well. I tipped her a lot and gave her some drinks since she didn't get to go to some stores around here for her break.
