She arrived on time, I showed her my house, she did an amazing job. The house is so clean and smells so good. I tipped her when she left.

next time let's just do a general sweep vacuum, mop and dust so we can get the whole house clean in the 4 hours. unfortunately, you removed a trained Vine from a plant in the kitchen that I've had since 1976. also, you washed an antique bottle with a pharmacy label that was over 75 years old and rendered it valueless. and what did you do with my recycling that I told you was in the kitchen?

Shennelle missed places here and there. When I pointed them out, she very willingly did a more thorough job in the places she missed. She was very pleasant and kind to work with.

Lakeland is a fantastic person who puts a lot of care and time into her work. I just love coming home and noticing all the small things (along with the big things,lol) she does. She makes my house a home and I love working with her.

Shenelle does a beautiful job. She did forget one room of the house but came back and took care of it for me. If you ask her to do special things on top of the cleaning such as cleaning the inside of your oven or blowing leaves off your deck, she is very willing to do them. She has a positive attitude and is good with our cats and dogs.

Very happy with the cleaning that was done in this two hour time frame. Shadows focused on the areas that I asked, and all with a pleasant demeanor and smile. I would be happy to employ her again!
