I have a 24 hour cancellation policy that everybody goes by so if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, I will block you and you will no longer be able to request me for your services if you don’t go by my policy for canceling your appointment. This is my job and my business so please be respectful and considerate of my time and I will do the same for you. I also respect the communication between my client and I. if you can communicate with me, then we should have the best business relationship. Also if you’re home looks like you just was lazy before I came I will add an extra hour to your appointment for the extra cleaning supplies I have to use and pay for because caked on food and dirt and stuff is not easy to get off
