Thorough with the areas cleaned. My only concern was the after scent, it wasn’t a Fresh scent, it smelt like dog shampoo or something, so I’d probably have her use my vacuum, mop, and products next time to eliminate the possible cause. otherwise she was very thorough and things were done well! would book her again!

She did well and appreciate it however reported 4.5 hours is incorrect . only 4 hours from 10 am to 2 pm

she seemed nice and was great in communication. She was a bit late but she communicated that before hand, so no issues there. I wasn’t extremely happy with the cleaning, the place looked clean but not professionally deep cleaned, I do have a few pictures in the kitchen itself where it could have been more clean and neat

June, as usual never misses a beat. She goes above and beyond every time doing things like restocking soap, replacing items, cleaning other areas that were not even listed on my description. She even had time to spare! She left no crumbs, literally! Definitely recommend her if you are serious about the amount of time you need to get things done around your home within reason.

Brandis and Que came to help me with cleaning! They are very nice and polite. 2 people, 4 hands worked around 1.45 hours to get equal to 3.5 hours but my work was not done! Needed more hours to add!

Has done exceptionally well on my apartment. Have used her 5 times before and every time, she delivers. Great communication if ever running late. Flexible if I need to reschedule or cancel. I will not switch cleaners. Great with my kids.

Gretchen was very detailed cleaning, really listens to you what exactly you want. She don’t rush when your requested time is finishing, she will take her time to complete everything of what you have requested. She won’t charge any extra if she works more time. Really liked her, going to put my selected cleaner for next appointments..

Sandra did a great job cleaning, however she didn’t get to my house until close to 5pm and was scheduled to be there at 8am. My husband and I went to dinner because we didn’t want to be in her way, but it was definitely inconvenient as we both had worked all day.

Keisha cleaned well. She effectively communicated before the appointment and did her job well once she got here. I appreciate her filling in for someone who cancelled at the last minute as well.

We are not impressed with cleaning service. We had to tell to clean for many things & bathrooms are not cleaned as expected from professional cleaner.

Natosha took her time to complete each cleaning section. Very quite. For future Dazzle workers, the company should provide some type of uniform to identify the business they are representing. Have to be careful these days, need to be able to recognize the actual company.

Next time make sure you don't forget to vacuum the steps and dust off the dressers. But overall great job

I was away for my father's funeral. My husband was impressed with Miss Nikki. His only complaint was she forgot to clean the microwave. We understand, that happens. She was the 1st out of 3 housekeepers to finally clean at least one of our bathrooms. For that, I am grateful!
