She did a very good job. She was friendly and did everything I asked. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is it was scheduled for 11am, she was running behind and pushed it to noon. Then still was 5 minutes late. Once she arrived she did get right to work and did the full 3 hours. I would want her back in the future and if she is on time I would then say 5 stars.

Melissa did a wonderful job; she was thorough and moved things when needed (it's hard for us with 6 kids to have the house spotless for cleaners). We really appreciated her hard work!

She also continued to check in with me while she was cleaning to ensure she was doing everything I wanted and to see if there was anything else I wanted done while she was there. I appreciated her calm and professional demeanor and willingness to always go above and beyond.
