Phenomenal job in the kitchen. Very careful and thorough cleaning knick-knack shelves. Mopping and vacuuming were excellent also. She got into the corners. My only criticism is about dusting: she didn't do more than the tops of things, not lamp shades, not wall picture frames, not the piano keys, not second or third shelf of the tv stand.
Kaydence showed up on time with all of her own supplies, completed the job and let me know when she left. She did a very good job. I would hire her again.

Toya is very kind, polite and knowledgeable. She did a great job and listened to what I needed done and did what she could in the time allotted. If possible, It would be nice to have a conversation ahead of time with the assigned cleaner for a scheduled cleaning date ahead of time to go over the customers needs beforehand so the maximum time spent actually cleaning is best utilized.
