Hi and thank you for such a nice cleaning. I only have one thing to ask for the master bed sheet change. Please make sure the top sheet is pulled high enough to turn over on top of the blankets and make sure it’s all tucked in at the bottom of the bed. I won’t be home for the next 2-3 cleanings but Jeff will be. We will get the door code to you if he isn’t home. Thank you! Jennifer

was a great respectfu, detailed person but did not fully finish the job. I did ask if it was too much and she had 4 hours. I didn't realize how much she was cleaning in the basement. I wish I knew sooner.

I was sooo impressed. I had a four women crew that cleaned my house. Diamond, working 7 hours, cleaned twice as much as this well known crew. Instead of cleaning around items she took them apart and cleaned around, over, and under and in. I’d love to have her as my weekly person. My 4 dogs even liked her.

She was very through on the bathrooms. Didn't get to the kitchen or living room, but we will do those on the next visit. Very friendly. She actually moved stuff around to clean under it and didnt just clean around it :)

Bathrooms were done very well. Luis seemed very professional. A white film was left on top of the laminate flooring throughout the house. I did have to go over the floor with a bucket of water and a rag.

Shannon did a superb job when cleaning my apartment she completed everything on my list, and still found time to do my fridge and oven now my place is sparkling clean.

Diahann was good in some areas and not so good in other areas. She didn't move any of the knick knacks because she doesn't like to touch other peoples stuff. If you don't touch it how can you clean it? We had to remake the bed. What she did do was done well. With my age and physical problems she did way better than I can do.

Earl was super friendly and did a great job. He hit all the areas I wanted and listened to what I wanted and worked with me as a team to tackle my very messy apartment. I appreciated him and will work with him again

She was very polite However no vacuum and there were some supplies she didn't have, said she hadn't the time to go to the store. I had to give her whatever I had. She did not dust which I would think is part of cleaning house 2 rooms were were not vacuumed.

Ebony did a great job cleaning surfaces, but twe had some issues finding items she'd put away since they didn't really make sense to us (ie toothpaste in a drawer separate from tooth brushes, pet food with baking supplies)

She was super nice and got a lot of work done. The kids really liked how she organized the room. She is really good at organizing. She could have done a little more when it comes to cleaning the window sills, windows, and other stuff like that, but overall I was super happy and would for sure have her clean here again.

She stayed an extra 20 minutes to do one more bathroom for me and the company charged me for a full hour (not Zebaa’s fault).
