Tracy was here 3 hours from 2 to 5. She did a great job cleaning but I should be charged the correct time.

Overall ok. I think she was also training someone. Floors were cleaned but not well. We swept after they left.

I purchased 6 hours of cleaning. This company only sent one cleaning person for a multilevel townhome. I’ve NEVER had just one cleaner, even when I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment; the cleaning company o used at the time sent 2 cleaners. It took the cleaner 9 hours and I was charged for the difference. The cleaner did a good job.

Patricia was wonderful! She is very personable, professional, and good at her job. She works hard to make sure the spaces she clean are perfect. She leaves behind small little touches and asked that I relax as she helped by doing cleaning work which comes as therapeutic to her. I loved how she asked what our preferences were and listened to my requests. I will highly recommend Patricia.

With so many pets my house has a crazy amount of dust and she got isparkling and fresh. You can hardly tell i have 2dogs,1cat, and 2 guinea pigs.

He did a fantastic job. My parents are elderly and it is hard for them to clean nooks and crannies. He did inside and outside cabinets, floor was sticky and yucky between cabinet and refrigerator, he got it all up and was very cordial and polite. Highly recommend.

This was our first time having a cleaner, she was early, and super nice! We did a walk through, she asked what I would like done and was incredibly thoughtful. She saw I was not wearing shoes in the house and took hers off, which was necessary but extremely caring. She was extremely thorough, and the whole experience was wonderful!
