This is the third time coming to clean and its good to have a cleaner who has cleaned your home before so you don't have to repeat walking through the home pointing out where everything and every room is located.

She was very detailed, even fixed a faucet spraying issue. She didn’t get to all of the areas that needed attention in the allotted time but what she covered was pretty good.

She did a thorough cleaning of my kitchen. You can eat off the floor. The bedroom is pristine cleaned. Also, she vacuumed the living room and dining room and hallway as well cleaned up my mom's room and took out two full bags of trash.

A few areas like the kitchen and shower could have used a deeper scrub rather than just a wipe-down, and some surfaces were missed during dusting. Elizabeth was unable to make the appointment but she sent a team member named Pierre. He was excellent! My bathrooms have never been so spotless and clean. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Besides that he had a very kind, gentle demeanor that was charming.

Darla was SO nice. I am happy with her efficiency, however, 3 of the 4 hours was used, and the cleaning could have been more attentive. The cupboards needed wiped down, and there would have been time for that. The bathroom floors were left with some dirt, dust, and hair. The shower door was very streaky.

Tamia was good with communications and very efficient. This was a big treat for us to help get ready for an event and we are very pleased with the service.
