Karina was very kind and did a good cleaning, but she had 15 min left before the end of the 2 hours and she could have done a few more things in depth such as cleaning the bathroom mirror (she didn't do it) and a bit more thorough vacuum cleaning.

She was lovely to connect with, incredibly warm and friendly. She asked questions and offered to fix anything that didn't work. That said, it wasn't super thorough- no dusting, wiping things down, stairs not vacuumed. Our home is pretty clean already so we will likely do fewer but deeper cleanings.

However, I have to add that she was not very pleasant when she first arrived. She seemed irritated and criticized the size of my living room. I would have appreciated her being more personable.

Yesenia and her assistant did a great job per my dad, Mr. Bland, however, they arrive around 11:15am and finished around 1:45pm. My dad told them not to clean the refrigerator. Therefore, since they cleaned under 3hrs and they didn't clean the refrigerator, the charge should be adjusted.

I appreciated her positive attitude and strong work ethic, she was punctual. She was respectful of the environment and worked efficiently without rushing. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work.

Simone was punctual, nice and did a good job, I just wish more was done in 6 hours especially when paying extra for a “premium” cleaner. She covered the bathrooms and kitchen, but did not get to any dusting or vacuuming. I probably could have done the same in half the time.
