Jermya was polite and pleasant throughout her visit, and I really appreciated her hard work. A few areas like the kitchen and shower could have used a deeper scrub rather than just a wipe-down, and some surfaces were missed during dusting. A quick conversation about priorities upfront would likely make a big difference for future customers. Overall, a solid visit, and my home is so much cleaner!

Elizabeth was unable to make the appointment but she sent a team member named Pierre. He was excellent! My bathrooms have never been so spotless and clean. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Besides that he had a very kind, gentle demeanor that was charming.

If you want your house cleaned thoroughly and smelling great, Patrick is your guy. He takes his time and focuses on every detail. Book him!

Mr. P even cleaned the outside of my windows (that lead out to a balcony) because they were dirty, which was a level of attention to detail I appreciated. They came with all their supplies and were very polite.

I'll take responsibility for that because, on looking back, I realize I did not clearly share my expectation of a "deep cleaning" with her, as I did with Pat who did my first job. The rooms Luz cleaned look very good, but I'm aware of what wasn't done, again though, I should have clearly enunciated my expectations with her.

Nekeeta did a fabulous job with our crazy disorganized home. we had a flood and then major repairs and renovations and the house and cleanliness got away from us. But I think now w/Nekeeta coming in to clean our home I feel so much better and hopefully we can get back on track!
