Pam is awesome! She's a very thorough cleaner. I had a 3-hour cleaning; she called me when she was on her way and told me that she would be here for the entire three hours (which I really appreciated her telling me this because I had a cleaner last year who had accepted the 3-hour job and was only here for an hour and fifteen minutes.) They did an EXCELLENT job!! By far the best experience so far. Her attention to detail was unmatched. She required no instruction, just did what needed to be done.

Really good work cleaning the house, and following specific instructions on delicate items. I loved the surprise of towels and throw blankets made into “bows” and tissue boxes filled with tissue “flowers”! I felt like I was in my own boutique hotel!

Mr. P even cleaned the outside of my windows (that lead out to a balcony) because they were dirty, which was a level of attention to detail I appreciated. They came with all their supplies and were very polite.

Karina was very kind and did a good cleaning, but she had 15 min left before the end of the 2 hours and she could have done a few more things in depth such as cleaning the bathroom mirror (she didn't do it) and a bit more thorough vacuum cleaning.

Yesenia and her assistant did a great job per my dad, Mr. Bland, however, they arrive around 11:15am and finished around 1:45pm. My dad told them not to clean the refrigerator. Therefore, since they cleaned under 3hrs and they didn't clean the refrigerator, the charge should be adjusted.

I thought I had six hours, but I guess two girls came and that meant 33 hours each I guess but I guess we’ll screw out.
