This was my first time having a cleaner come into my home. I was surely embarrassed initially. Ms. Michelle was very nice and even gave me tips to help me on the daily. I will be sticking with Ms. Michelle for all my future services. Thank you again.

Jeimy arrived early and we right away discussed what I wanted cleaned, which were mainly my 3 bathrooms. I must admit the glass shower door and frame in the master bathroom were long overdue for a good cleaning. Jeimy did an excellent job cleaning the shower, as well as all the other bathrooms. She’s pleasant and I definitely will be requesting Jeimy again for my next cleaning needs.

Christina was very professional, I love that she came before her time to get a good look at my home before she started cleaning. She cleaned my whole house within the time frame and cleaned very good!

Victoria Did an excellent job cleaning. Her customer service skills are great. She give me some help hints as to how to get stuff clean.

Really wonderful job. I was downstairs working the whole time, and when I came up, I was welcomed by a clean smelling home, beautiful floors and small surprises of details I didn’t request but desperately needed. Communicative, easy to work with, really nice work!

Actually Octavia was here for five hours. So am I am requesting a refund for the extra hour I was charged

Ms.Loren was great! Communication was perfect and she executed all the request I had as far as cleaning up my home. I just moved in and hadn’t gotten a mop or broom just. With my hair and my dogs hair or him tracking in debris from being outside, once she left there was not a spec left behind.

Went above and beyond what I wanted. There were still some areas needed to be cleaned but what they did was perfect

I was skeptical at first but Kimberly showed up ready to work. She was very person able and even played with my dog. She explained everything and even went above and beyond my expectation. Doris and her team do a wonderful job. They are on time and very pleasant to work with. Just a few small details need to be looked at. They did not replace all of the bathroom waste baskets with a clean bag or replace some of the empty toilet rolls. Small details that do not effect how well they clean, but are noticed. Have decided to go in a different direction as this cleaner uses your supplies and equipment and I really wasn't expecting that. I need a cleaner that has their own supplies and equipment to avoid using my vacuum and mop etc
