Kelbi went above and beyond for our cleaning! She was so kind and communicative and I will be booking her again!

she got lost as the address she had was wrong. the address you have on the order is correct. she found my appt about 11:20 so i wasnt able to get 3 hours cleaning. It was an oversight. T he address she had was incorrect and wasnt her fault..

Very plesant young lady. Worked well independently, accomplished all I asked of her. and was willing take on everything. Would certainly use her again if she was available when I am looking for my next cleaning.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The cleaning was thorough, detailed and everything was left in perfect condition. What stood out the most was the extra level of care, she even repaired my couch without me asking. That level of professionalism and initiative is rare. I think he did a good job given what he was working with (supply wise), I am not sure he had all that was needed for the cleaning.

Tychelle was on time for our appointment ready to work. She brought everything she need to clean. After receiving what I wanted done she shared how she would accomplish all of the task. She cleaned and organized all areas. She was pleasant and polite. it was a joy to have her in my home. My home is clean and it smells good. Great job Tychelle!

Yaki showed up on time (10 am). The wife and I went shopping and returned at 12:15. She was finished and gone but I was still charged for 3 hours. Why? I would prefer Hming as my cleaner.

Great cleaning, but i wish she could manage the time better so she could clean the whole house before running out of time.

I just wanted a touch up cleaning, but he did deep cleaning took him 5 hours for only downstairs. No time for upstairs. So anyone want hard work and deep cleaning chose him. More hours more money 💴. I was under the impression that this was a whole house cleaning. The bathroom that she cleaned completely and the partial cleaning of a second bathroom was excellent. This was our first experience with outside cleaners. Perhaps we expected too much.

Barbara did a great job and was very punctual. She went above what I expected and washed pur dishes as she cleaned the kitchen. She did not dust around items and instead organized as she went. I will use her again!
