Brook is amazing. She is so kind, friendly, hard working, happy & professional (& wonderful with our dog). She has done everything I have asked her to do & more!! She was alright . My house is not very dirty anyway but she did ok. I think I would like to be there to direct her better next time and that can help. One thing is for sure that I will use some other private person after my 6 months are done. Your ads are very misleading .

I purchased 6 hours of cleaning. This company only sent one cleaning person for a multilevel townhome. I’ve NEVER had just one cleaner, even when I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment; the cleaning company o used at the time sent 2 cleaners. It took the cleaner 9 hours and I was charged for the difference. The cleaner did a good job.

Today there were a few misses. Overall everything was clean but the trash in all 5 bathrooms wasn't emptied, the downstairs black tile floor wasn't cleaned, the stainless refrigerator front wasn't cleaned and the vacuum missed some bugs up against the walls etc.
