she got lost as the address she had was wrong. the address you have on the order is correct. she found my appt about 11:20 so i wasnt able to get 3 hours cleaning. It was an oversight. T he address she had was incorrect and wasnt her fault..

Having Luz is always a pleasure. She goes above and beyond and always leaves our home feeling so fresh and clean. Our daughter also gets a kick out of the way she takes the time to not only make her bed but arrange her stuffed animals as well!

This was my very first time using cleaning service. I didn't know what to expect actually. I guess for first time I needed more than 4 hours. She wasnt able to touch any of the 3 bed rooms or finish the full bathroom. What I love. The dishes were done. What needs to work on. Kitchen island still had food stain and still dust bunny in the corner of the floor. Overall I guess it wasnt too bad.
