Karina was very kind and did a good cleaning, but she had 15 min left before the end of the 2 hours and she could have done a few more things in depth such as cleaning the bathroom mirror (she didn't do it) and a bit more thorough vacuum cleaning.

I'll take responsibility for that because, on looking back, I realize I did not clearly share my expectation of a "deep cleaning" with her, as I did with Pat who did my first job. The rooms Luz cleaned look very good, but I'm aware of what wasn't done, again though, I should have clearly enunciated my expectations with her.

I work 60 hours a week as a single mom with two small boys, so things can get out of control. I've had cleaners before, basic wipe down and floors. Sharon did a good job cleaning my apartment to prepare for my move-in. I appreciated her taking my cleaning request on such short notice. However, I have to add that she was not very pleasant when she first arrived. She seemed irritated and criticized the size of my living room. I would have appreciated her being more personable.

Yesenia and her assistant did a great job per my dad, Mr. Bland, however, they arrive around 11:15am and finished around 1:45pm. My dad told them not to clean the refrigerator. Therefore, since they cleaned under 3hrs and they didn't clean the refrigerator, the charge should be adjusted.
