This was a test session and she did a decent job. My house is very clean as it is but I was disappointed that they did not use the right tools to clean the hardwood floor. The bathroom floors were not cleaned as well.

Thank you for cleaning kitchen and living room, it’s clean but cleaner only clean half of the house. The house has 4 floor, you were only clean main floor and master bedroom’s bathroom. Basement and thirdfloor wasn’t touched.
