Another accurate cleaning❗I did not upload a video of the previous one because of some equipment issues: The video lost sound. But I will be doing a review video anyway. This time it was the Kitchen and Bathroom❗I'm satisfied and grateful for her labor.

Mona did a good job cleaning. However, she has a hard time making appointments and often asks to reschedule for a different time. She wanted me to cancel the job and repost it 2 days before I needed her to clean, which was weird. If you hire her, she will do the job well... when she gets there 🤷‍♀️

Brenda was on time, she was polite, followed directions, and she cleaned well. I would definitely have her back again.

Alberto was great. This was our first cleaning with Homeaglow, so he had too much to do fully in 6 hours. What he did was great though. Specifically the toilets; I am not sure what he did, but they haven't' looked that good in many years!! Thanks Alberto!

Justin was great with the animals. Good job on a few of the rooms. Would like more attention to bathrooms and kitchen next time.

Just was timely and communicative. He is extremely personable and was open to feed back. I felt he was attentive to my need and respectful of my space.

Cleaning was overall good! However, items were not put back in place. Tile floors were very wet and slippery.

Kathryn did another fantastic job today. She even washed my lemon bowl and wiped off all the lemons before putting them all back in the bowl!

Trevon was excellent, he arrived early and started to clean. He did good work and did not waste time. He cleaned up after himself and left on time.

Lilibeth is great at what she does. She exhibits a very high level of professionalism. She also communicates well, and keeps to time! Overall, I had a great experience working with her.

The cleaning they did was good, but they were late and didn't work the entire 3 hours, but still charged for 3. I also found a lot of things they threw away (small toys, socks, pot holders) that shouldn't have been in the trash.

I have had a homeaglow membership for over a year now and I have only taken advantage of cleanings a few times because I haven’t been happy with what I was getting. I have had a few people clean my house but there is always a bit after I need to clean up.. but Bianca she cleans cleans.. everyone she cleans my house it looks like I just moved in.. and she is kind and has never made me feel embarrassed or demeaned because when she first started coming my house was messy I was a baby horder and she got it all cleaned in 4 hours.. she is amazing!
