Though she was late due to family issues she did a very thorough cleaning. My kitchen and bathrooms look like brand new. She is from Brazil so she might take time to translate and say things so would request people to be patient with her.

She cleaned well and quickly, but the problem was with communication. She does not understand English. I like things to be done in specific ways. She could never understand. She could not understand. “Please sweep the porch .” She will not work out as my cleaner because I need to be able to explain things.

Daniel/Cynthia was absolutely amazing. She was so kind to our two dogs and my home has never looked better. I was skeptical because of how affordable this service was, but before Cynthia was even finished I was already requesting her to come back for my next appointment.

She did an amazing job at cleaning and even went out of her way to clean the tough spots that we struggled to get rid of. Diana was very friendly and accommodating. We unfortunately lost power at our house while she was here, so she was limited (no electric for her vacuum and no running water). She didn’t make excuses and instead dusted and cleaned what she could without power. She even came back later in the day to finish the tasks she couldn’t once the electric came back on, outside of the window she was hired for.

In general it was good. They are very quick and they left way before 3hours. They missed important details such as cleaning the mirrors (inside) as requested and left a couple of pending things from the kitchen (trash, dishwasher was dirty and unloaded).
