He was able to work without step-by-step instructions from me because he could tell what needed to be done. I would request only him, but I don’t want to have him come this far out unless he wants to.

Gemienian is a great worker with a great attitude. I do need him to be a tad bit more detailed. He mops the floors for me, but often misses wiping off the base boards. I always had him his tip personally.
