Kenyea cleaned for my mom. My mom LOVED her. She was professional, friendly and gave me updates which was very helpful and nice of her as I am in another state and she was cleaning for my elderly mother.

Didn't finish the cleaning. I had hoped to have the entire apartment vacuumed and tidied, and dusted. 3 bedrooms weren't cleaned.

Kaitlyn was very friendly and professional. The hardwood floors were mopped extremely well. The vacuuming could have been more thorough and the sink still had scum spots on it.

I think overall Victoria did a good job. The one area of emphasis that I made was to clean the grout in the shower and it really did not get done so I had to do it. But other than that, she did a good job.

Rachel did an amazing job. She followed my instructions perfectly and went above and beyond. She even found an earring of mine I thought was gone forever! She was pleasant and polite, and folded a ton of my laundry, it was such a great help to me. And when she was done, the house smelled heavenly. 10/10 would recommend, and I will be requesting her again.

WOW. I read the reviews on Jade but today I walked in my house and felt like a weight had been lifted. Jade did exactly what I wanted. I look forward to more of her helping me with my house. BTW, I did use another company and was disappointed so the owner sent another worker out. She was better but they can't touch Jade.

Came by and was in and out quickly - a good job overall, but some things were missed. Dust on floor, toilets needed more thorough cleaning, streaky surfaces.

The things that got cleaned were very clean. However, anything that got moved wasn't back where it originally was. The bathroom, one of the main reasons I have the house cleaned, didn't get done.
