Alba was incredible. My home felt like a complete mess, especially the kitchen with dishes piled up, and she brought it all back to life. She worked the full 6 hours with so much attention to detail and care. It truly shows. Walking into a clean, organized home again felt like a full reset. I’ll absolutely be requesting her again!

Hamikex was friendly, communicative and speedy. She did a good job. I did find carpet freshening powder that did not get vacuumed up and a considerable amount of what I think was mop water got spilled all over the floor mat making a large stain. I had to take it outside and hose it down. She also put the trash bag in the recycling bin. None of those are big deals though. I would use her again.

very personable and respectful. she listened well to my wondering thoughts. she also welcomed our cat and St. Bernard into her world.

I think if you want the daily cleaning Kellie is fine. But I got deep cleaning assignment but I have to clean everything again by myself. Maybe the residual is not something she could clean from her tools. I asked her to clean two bathrooms but did not meet my expection.

Tiffany is helping me tremendously get my place turned around! Eventually we will get it to just a maintenance cleaning.

The things that got cleaned were very clean. However, anything that got moved wasn't back where it originally was. The bathroom, one of the main reasons I have the house cleaned, didn't get done.

She was pretty good with her cleaning. The bathroom tubs needed more time but other than that everything was good.

Chastity is especially good at being patient and flexible. She is a good listener and tries to honor boundaries. She is not quite as thorough as I am at some points, but I was very happy for the help; and she accomplished all my main goals for the time allotted. I will be happy to have her back.

Joy and her daughter did an excellent job of cleaning our home for the first time. They worked their magic in our messy teenagers room that desperately needed tons of attention. She's my first choice for future cleaning. I have OCD and I know I like things just so and they did great!!!

Cleaning was excellent, but when paying for 6 hours- the cleaner should be allowed to do other basic things to fulfill the time paid for instead of leaving early.

Carla was amazing. I had an appointment with another person but they cancelled last minute and Carla came in and saved the day. A real life saver as things had gotten behind because of my schedule. Carla was professional and courteous and went beyond what was expected. Definitely recommend Carla.

Did a great job, as previously. Not only the best cleaner I've had, but also the most consistent. On-time, doesn't do any of the other stuff others have tried. Responsible and professional. Anyone who gives this cleaner less than 4 stars has unrealistic expectations.

I had asked her to do the dishes, wasn’t done. Kitchen table was not cleaned. Dust bunnies were left under the kitchen cabinets. Microwave wasn’t cleaned out. Kitchen trash wasn’t removed. She did do extra stuff that I appreciated like the extra care when she cleaned my pictures and knickknacks. I am willing to give her another try.
