Dominique did a great job cleaning everything very thoroughly. She kept in touch with me about her arrival time via text. I do see that the charge is for 3 hours, but she was done in 2 hours (9:30am-11:30)am, so my bill should be adjusted…

It was my first time using Homeaglow. Natasha was on time, brought all cleaning products she would need and was nice. Overall, the cleaning was good. I appreciate the work she did. Although I liked her work, I would like to hire a different person next time. Meeting new people is also good.

Hottest day of the year but Kimberly showed up and got right to it. She swept, mopped, cleaned the windows, and wiped down surfaces in no time. She helped me take a few loads of trash down 3 flights of stairs too. Good personality - friendly and easy going!

Very thorough cleaning in the rooms she did but did not allocate the 4 hours adequately and ran out of time in the end to do the two most important rooms. Just need to set expectations with her on what rooms you want done in the time you have.

Jackie did clean kitchen area thoroughly but she took the whole 3 hours to clean it up. I asked her initially how much time will it take she said 30 mins and then spent 3 hours, nothing else was done in the house.
