Hottest day of the year but Kimberly showed up and got right to it. She swept, mopped, cleaned the windows, and wiped down surfaces in no time. She helped me take a few loads of trash down 3 flights of stairs too. Good personality - friendly and easy going!

Very thorough cleaning in the rooms she did but did not allocate the 4 hours adequately and ran out of time in the end to do the two most important rooms. Just need to set expectations with her on what rooms you want done in the time you have.

Did a good job. I wasn't able to explain what I wanted to her to do in length. I wasn't feeling the best that day. I gave her a tip when she was done. The email said that she was here for 4 hours she got here at 1:15 and left at 4:15 3 hours.

Jackie did clean kitchen area thoroughly but she took the whole 3 hours to clean it up. I asked her initially how much time will it take she said 30 mins and then spent 3 hours, nothing else was done in the house.

Michelle was sweet and super accommodating. Not to mention she is such a bad ass cleaner. I made an error and sent her to our old apartment that needed cleaning anyway. She spent the entire time even though it wasn’t needed making sure that the place was in top shape for whenever we left.
