Ami was professional and arrived on time. She began work immediately after receiving the priority list and completed a thorough cleaning. She even stayed an additional 15 minutes beyond the scheduled three hours to ensure everything was finished. She worked carefully without rushing and paid attention to every detail. Overall, it was an excellent job.

Aura was amazing, thourough and fast. I live out in the middle of nowhere and she did run late but that is to be expected. Its a long drive and presenting a cleaning window may be a better setup, which is why I did not take away any stars from my review. As someone who has worked a delivery job, drive time is the hardest to determine.

Did a good job all in all, but there were definitely areas that were missed (e.g. mirrors, bathtub still had soap scum, etc…), also used wrong sort of product on stainless steel and tables as very noticeable streaks left behind). She did clean baseboards and I applaud her that as they look absolutely amazing.
