Faustin really went above and beyond. My husband I went away for the weekend and scheduled Faustin to clean while we were gone; we were both absolutely shocked at what he was able to accomplish! I can’t thank him enough for how he transformed our space.

Like always she was above and beyond expectations adapting quickly when my situation rapidly changed during the job session.

Yvonne is a great cleaner and a wonderful organizer. She was such a help today. I really appreciate her work.

Juanita did a great job, however she didn’t understand that I wanted the kitchen done before the upstairs. Next time I will make sure there is understanding.

With Juanita (Roxy) I don't have to specify anything and she gets everything I could possibly want cleaned, thoroughly done. Juanita was amazing! It was my first time having a home cleaner come in and she made me feel comfortable and talked to me through the process. The only thing none of us really can stand is the vinegar smell but it looks really good. It is clean it is fresh. I do need help getting under the beds, but I understood the time was of the essence at that point.

Shirley is wonderful! My home hadn't been cleaned like this for several years and she was so efficient in the way she worked around the house and was very organized in how she did things.

She supposed to work from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Arrived at 10:15, wanted to leave at 1:00 pm but I had work to do so she ended up leaving at 1:40 pm. My house is new and mostly clean so I don’t understand why she was having a hard time doing a 4 hour job. She didn’t bring her vacuum cleaner.

What got done was very thorough with attention to deep cleaning. Cost was more than expected. Friendly and a great attitude.

Kahlia's work was OK but not thorough i.e. the blind she cleaned still had a dead fly on it and the shower & tub had places that were obviously not clean and the bathroom floor was not mopped.

Kara didn’t empty trash in bathrooms. Didn’t clean/ mop bathroom floors. She only vacumed them. The mirrors were very streaked.

Delana always does an excellent job, but I did NOT request priority service and did NOT authorize an extra fee for priority service. I want an immediate refund of the Priority Service charge.
