Other cleaners have come late, left early, and still charged for the full amount of time even when they weren't there, Delana charged for the time she was there and working which I greatly appreciate!! We booked Brandy as our cleaner and absolutely loved the job she did. Our house gets extremely dusty due to the housing construction behind us. The bathrooms turned out nice, but the 2 hours of planned time took 3-1/2 hours which wasn’t acceptable timing wise.

Although we still have some random issues with scheduling due to my husband’s medical treatments, we are optimistic that we would like to utilize Michele again as the time & needs arise.
