Mira was so great and thorough! she took the time to walk through the house with me at the beginning and end, which was very nice and professional. her attention to detail in general was amazing—I’ve never seen our carpet this well vacuumed/clean, dusted our blinds, even wrapped up our phone charging cords by the nightstand. The bathrooms turned out nice, but the 2 hours of planned time took 3-1/2 hours which wasn’t acceptable timing wise.

Jamie didn't quite have enough time to clean and mop kitchen floor, the floor is part of 2 hr. cleaning. I hope future cleanings will include kitchen floor.

Very thru, fast enough. Doesn't waste time, but checks to clean the corners as well. My apt. wasn't this clean when I moved into it over a year ago. I have her schedualed for the next 4 weeks. Michele was a delight to work with. she was unable to complete all the tasks we had hope d for; but in her defense she was very thorough & easily made up for that through her extra efforts to please. Although we still have some random issues with scheduling due to my husband’s medical treatments, we are optimistic that we would like to utilize Michele again as the time & needs arise.

Aura was amazing, thourough and fast. I live out in the middle of nowhere and she did run late but that is to be expected. Its a long drive and presenting a cleaning window may be a better setup, which is why I did not take away any stars from my review. As someone who has worked a delivery job, drive time is the hardest to determine.

A big job and Leenah is very professional. We didn't go through a couple of things but that is mainly due to me not hiring house cleaners. If you hire Leenah she will do a great job for you.

Morgan did amazing. My dog got out of the kennel when I was gone and destroyed a bunch of stuff and she cleaned it up with no issues!

Hannah did a really good job cleaning my kitchen. There were a few places missed, but only because she couldn't reach that high and didn't have a ladder. She was very friendly and willing to do the touch-ups I requested.
