Lysa is lovely. She is also a hard worker with attention to detail. There are two neurodivergent people living in this house that really struggle if their items are not put back exactly as they were found. I spoke with Lysa about this and she had no problem in making sure this was done. As there was no crying, and no upset adult last night, I trust their items were all in order.

Needs to be more thorough on floors, counters, and dusting. Skips some surfaces. Look back on work and decide if it is clean.

Jennifer did a good job. Only complaint I have is she didn't dust the very top of things. Just what the eye could see. I would recommend her getting a step stool or ladder to reach these places. The top shelves of our things aren't out of reach.

She and her sister both were hard workers and easy to talk with. I was very pleased with the work they did all over the house, making it look better and smell better too.

The TV stand shelves were not dusted and top of electronics. Lysa did ok cleaning but when I asked questions about the services she didn't know too much. I already gave a tip when finished.

I like Lysa, however there were a few spots that were missed. Overall, not a bad job, but it looks much better than before.

Brandon did an excellent job - showed up on time (early!) was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job of cleaning come pesky areas and making them look new (kitchen sink). Would definitely recommend to others and will book again for our next cleaning need.

Overall disappointed. One bathroom left untouched. No beds were made. No vacuuming done. Half the sink left dirty. We always book for 4 hours with other cleaners and have never had a problem. I understand we were her first cleaning and Evadney did reach out to reconcile. I hope going forward she is a bit more thorough with future clients.

Fantastic. I work nights and she deals with me sleeping in the bedroom while she cleans (I clean my own bedroom). She even lets herself out. The trust alone is priceless. My issue is at least half clutter and she makes sense of all my random items. I'm also a drag queen so it gets fairly random. She's great. Hire her.👍
