Shannon communicated clearly and was very good at responding back to any questions I had! Shannon did a wonderful job my bathroom was spotless! I do believe I will add an additional hour just to allow for her to have more time but for the size of my house she did a great job in the 3-hour time frame! Definitely would have her come back for future cleanings.

Now this is how someone should clean. I wish this company trained their cleaners. Brittany would make a great trainer. She is sweet personable brings her own supplies and they are clean!!! Like clean clean. She throughly cleaned each room without having to stand over her and guide her. How is this not standard? Get more cleaners like Brittany and your customers are going to be much happier.

I love Tabitha but this time there were some issues. The microwave wasn’t cleaned, the bath rugs were tossed on the tub and there was still places in the floor that did t get cleaned. Also the shower was not cleaned. I just wish it would actuallly smell cleaned. Also, for some reason the edge of my rug and a big spot in the rug in the bedroom we’re all soaking wet.
