Great Experience with Katrecia! Katrecia was professional and kind. She had to reschedule from Thursday to Saturday and gave me an hour off the original three-hour booking. She ended up working two hours but only charged for one—so generous! In that time, she got a lot done and left my place looking great. Highly recommend her.

Overall, a decent job. I wanted my floors scrubbed and there were still a few spots. Toilets weren’t completely clean. You could tell there was a good try at the entire thing. I think I have overestimated how much time I need for my house, so could be my fault.

I do believe I will add an additional hour just to allow for her to have more time but for the size of my house she did a great job in the 3-hour time frame! Definitely would have her come back for future cleanings.
