I asked her to skip the master & nothing was done in the kitchen. missed half of a tiny bathroom and the floors look like the dirt was swirled around I’m only giving a positive 4 stars because I don’t want to affect how she makes a living. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job downstairs.

The living room and carpets looked great!! I wish the kitchen/dining room floors and sinks and the bathtubs had been cleaned a bit more thoroughly though.

Courtnee is always just great! I love how she makes our home feel when we arrive home after one of her cleanings.

She was on time . However, school has started back, so I was at work when she came. I think this will work better if I am home when she comes. The bed was not made like I expected and the guest bath was not cleaned. The steam mop was put away with the wet pads still on it. I am going to move the next appointment so that I can be home.

Jennifer did an excellent job. She had car problems but still managed to show up instead of cancelling on me and I really appreciated that.
